Important Usage Guidelines
1、For the first use, please fully charge the battery.
3、Do not leave the product unattended while charging. Please unplug it when leaving for an extended period.
5、Keep out of reach of children. This is not a toy; children are prohibited from using or playing with it.
7、For long-term storage, charge the battery to 50%-70% and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing at full charge or zero charge.

4、Disconnect the cable once fully charged to preserve battery health.
6、If the button shows no power indication, connect to an external charger (it may be in protection mode)

Warranty Coverage
7-Day Policy: For performance malfunctions within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund (based on invoice price), free replacement, or repair.
15-Day Policy: For malfunctions within 15 days, we provide a free replacement (same model/specifications) or repair.
12-Month Warranty: A 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covers manufacturing defects under normal use,including free repair services.
Extended Scenarios: If a product remains faulty after two repair attempts under warranty, you may request a replacement. A refund may be issued if replacement is unavailable (subject to depreciation calculation from invoice date).
Proof of Purchase Required
Valid original invoice and warranty certificate must be provided when requesting repair, replacement, or return services.
