  • Platform-Oriented R&D Strategy

    Our core R&D strategy is built on a platform-based design approach featuring two integrated platforms:
    Software Platform ——A three-layer embedded architecture (Driver, Intermediate, and Application) with a unified codebase, loosely coupled modular design for easy upgrades, and a stable function library that requires no redevelopment when replacing MCUs or AFEs after mass production.
    Integrated Power Platform ——A hierarchical architecture (APP / Software Packages / Device Framework / Hardware) supporting OTA updates (Ymodem) and MODBUS protocol. It runs on FreeRTOS for hard real-time performance and integrates key components such as the BQ34Z100 and BQ76952.

    Our standardized lab workflows, integrated with real-time MES data upload, ensure complete test traceability. Built on our proprietary platform, we deliver fully customized battery designs optimized for thermal performance, safety, reliability, and dimensions. SMT Workshop: Class 100,000 cleanroom; 4 planned SMT lines (2 wave soldering/2 coating lines); 400,000 PCS/month capacity; advanced equipment for micro-components (01005) and high-end soldering tech (0.3pitch CSP, PoP).


PACK Workshop: 10 planned production lines; 400,000 PCS/month capacity; automated equipment for smart mobility, energy storage, AGV and other fields.
