Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction
Aligning with the dual carbon goals, we established an ISO 14064 carbon inventory system. By 2024, water consumption, electricity consumption, and Scope 1 & 2 carbon emissions per unit of product will show a significant year-on-year reduction. Through measures such as automated equipment upgrades and environmentally friendly replacement of air conditioning refrigerants, we achieved annual electricity savings of 5,040 MWh and reduced the use of ozone-depleting substances.

Conducted water and electricity conservation campaigns while strengthening raw material loss control. Implemented standardized management of domestic wastewater and ensured 100% compliant third-party recycling of industrial hazardous waste, establishing comprehensive traceability records.

Established an ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, achieving zero safety incidents in 2024. Implemented a multi-tiered remuneration and benefits framework upholding ‘equality between men and women, equal pay for equal work’. Conducted over 300 training sessions annually, reaching more than 8,000 participants. Fostered a diverse and inclusive workforce with young employees constituting 69.05% and women holding 23.1% of senior management positions.
