Why do some e-motorcycles struggle on hills? It usually comes down to battery current limitations. Hence, we did a complete hardware teardown of the SCUD Power high-voltage smart battery to see exactly how it handles massive current demands. 

Highlights:

Cell-to-Pack (CTP) Design: Drops overall weight, cuts costs, and frees up space for better exhaust venting.

Raw Power: 73.3V, 2.34 kWh, and massive copper busbars laser-welded to all-tab cells for ultra-low resistance and high output.

Smart Engineering: Thermal gel for maximum cooling, plus an IoT smart BMS (4G/GPS) for live tracking and remote cutoff.

High Circularity: Excellent recycling and second-life value for solar or energy storage.
