The Battery That Rides With You: SCUDPower at EICMA 2026
Hall 18, Booth H96 · Nov 3–8 · Fiera Milano Rho, Milan. One booth, every ride — from the morning commute to extreme off-road.
Ask any rider what makes a great e-motorcycle and you’ll hear about torque, range and weight.
The part that quietly decides all three is hiding under the seat: the battery.
That hidden hero — and the story behind it — was front and center at SCUDPower’s booth at EICMA 2026.

The Commute That Never Quits
These are the urban commuting packs, spanning 48V to 72V, built for one specific job — starting without fail in every season. In summer heat, winter cold, and the rain that turns city streets into rivers, a commuter needs a battery that simply works. Wide-temperature operation, IPX7 waterproofing, fast charging for a rush-hour top-up, and a long cycle life that survives years of daily rides. No gimmicks, no excess, just dependable power, day after day.
Built for the Wild
Take the ride past the city and the requirements climb. The high-speed and off-road lineup spans 60V to 97V, built for riders who ask for everything at once: instant power for the climb, high-rate discharge for hard acceleration, and a rugged metal shell that shrugs off the trail. Underpinning that punch are two technologies worth a closer look. Tabless cylindrical cells — built without the welded tabs of conventional cells — deliver wide-temperature tolerance, long cycle life, and the high-rate capability that aggressive riding demands. And SCUDPower’s semi-solid flagship now runs on 108V/50Ah semi-solid cells, pairing better thermal stability and advanced safety with high-rate discharge. More range, more power, all in the same footprint.

The Bike Everyone Stops For
All that performance finds a home in a single machine. Headlining the e-motorcycle lineup is the SURRON LightBee 2026, an electric off-road bike that needs no introduction. With 10kW of peak power, a fresh 72V platform and a lightweight 50kg-class frame, it is powerful without being hard to ride — anyone can enjoy it.
The real story, though, sits under the seat. The LightBee 2026 is powered by SCUDPower’s 7235 battery: a 72V/35Ah pack that delivers a steady 2.5kWh, built on high-rate 50S cells. It weighs just 14kg and comes off in 10 seconds — lightweight, quick-release, designed to be swapped, charged and carried with one hand. The spec card beside the bike says it plainly: 386×143×164 mm, a plastic-and-aluminum-tube housing that stays light yet tough, CAN communication, up to 35A continuous and 70A peak discharge, 30A max charging, UN38.3 certified and IPX7 waterproof. In short: the battery that makes the ride feel effortless.

A Future Made in Europe
Behind the machines sits a manufacturing story taking shape across Europe. Under the banner “SCUD Power’s EU Commitment: Local for Local,” the company lays out its European plans — a new joint-venture factory in Poland, breaking ground this year and opening in Q2 2027, bringing complete battery solutions from manufacturing to aftersales directly to partners. For European OEMs, that means local production, faster delivery, and battery-passport-ready compliance as EU rules tighten. It’s a statement of intent: SCUDPower isn’t just shipping batteries into Europe — it’s building them here.

More Than a Ride
And that same focus extends far beyond two wheels. Behind the e-motorcycle lineup is a company that spans far wider — SCUDPower engineers custom batteries for light electric vehicles, robotics, smart home, consumer tech, medical devices, UPS and BBU. Under the hood, that breadth shows: a BMS platform that scales up to a 4kV architecture with daisy-chain redundancy and automotive-grade sensing, a cell roadmap that runs from single-tab cylindrical cells all the way to tabless and solid-state, and a safety-oriented pack design built around thermal-runaway prevention. All backed by a nearly 300-member R&D team and more than 600 patents.
SCUDPower isn’t just building batteries for bikes — it’s building the power behind the ride, for every rider and every ride. Come see it for yourself, November 3–8, Hall 18, Booth H96. Power the ride. Drive the future.
